Stock merchandise can be returned under specific circumstances. We only accept returns if we have issued you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and it is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Stock merchandise that was incorrectly shipped by us or is being returned for your own reasons must be clearly unused or worn or in any way damaged. It must be in the same saleable condition that it arrived in. Labels and tags must be in place.

Every item we make is inspected after completion and goes through a careful quality control. Each item is checked again when it is packed for shipping. But, in the unlikely event that you should receive an item that is faulty we reserve the right to correct or replace that item upon receiving it back in our hands.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order and it must be promptly shipped back to us. No credit or replacement can be issued until we have received, inspected and approved the transaction.

All that said, we have NEVER HAD an item returned due to defects in the over 30 years we have been in business. We have only had five items shipped incorrectly. We are a small company and work hard to do a good job.

Please include the order number, merchandise description and problem.
