Ordering & Shipping

ORDERING

Feel free to email or phone us for help with any aspect of ordering. We are glad to help you select items of clothing for a specific character and time frame or to coordinate with something already in your wardrobe.

If you prefer, we can take your order over the phone, 406-961-4317. After it is placed you will receive a copy of it in your email.

Your credit card is charged at the time your order has been packed for shipping if you are buying In Stock Merchandise.

If you are ordering Custom Merchandise , your credit card is charged at the time we begin work on your order. Custom merchandise becomes yours at the time it is begun. In most cases, shipping and insurance charges will be applied to your card at the time your order is ready to ship. If we are unsure of the shipping costs we will note that Shipping Charged When Order is Sent and we will rebill your card for the amount of shipping.

At the time your order is shipped you will receive an email with the Tracking Number so that you can keep track of your package in transit.

Cookies
Like many other commercial sites, we may utilize a standard technology called a “cookie” to collect information about how our site is used. A cookie is a small data text file, which a Web site stores on your computer’s hard drive (if your Web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. Cookies were designed to help a Web site recognize a user’s browser as a previous visitor and thus save and remember any preferences that may have been set while the user was browsing the site. A cookie cannot be read by a Web site other than the one that set the cookie. Cookies can securely store a customer’s password, personalize home pages, identify which parts of a site have been visited or keep track of selections, such as those selected in a “shopping cart.” Our cookies may collect your domain name and track your selections through our site. A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on a computer virus, or capture your e-mail address. The cookies make your use of the Site easier, make the Site run more smoothly and help us to maintain a secure Site. We never have access to your credit card information after you enter it to place your order. It is completely safe and secure.

Shipping
Shipments within the Continental U.S. We generally ship via Post Office by Priority Mail and we insure all packages for the amount billed to your credit card. If you prefer UPS please let us know and if you want to UPGRADE your delivery service to Over Night, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select please be sure to specify. Because there is no perfect way to automatically calculate shipping when products are as various as our are, and because the exact combination of products is rarely shipped, we check all shipments and will re-adjust shipping charges and insurance charges as needed. Feathers always need a longer box. Very few items ship in the Flat Rate Envelope and sometimes a person is attracted to that cheap price, but there is no way that their order can fit into it, so we have to adjust to the proper size. We always strive to keep shipping and insurance charges to the minimum and we do not make money on shipping and insurance. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates, and Foreign Countries will be adjusted if necessary to reflect the actual costs if the computer estimate is inaccurate. Most of these will be sent Global Priority or International Air Parcel Post. These packages will be insured for the amount billed to your credit card unless limited by the indemnity that the country to which they are going allows. We cannot accept responsibility beyond proof of shipping if insurance is not available to your country. Due to frequent changes in Postal Regulations and Rates and the Availability of Service to foreign countries we must do these on a case by case basis. Should anything unusual occur, we will contact you by email in advance of shipping.

At Wyoming Classics & Bridge Over Time, service isn’t just a word; it’s much more. A lot of people say that but we have been offering “service” for about 24 years now, and we have lot’s of practice at it. Give us a chance to serve you!

Special Requests

We aim to please… so, tell us what you want …and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you. For example: Vests can be ordered without buttons if you prefer. In some cases we can upgrade buttons on a vest .

We can custom fit our patterns to particular figure types; long or short wasted for example. If you have a special request just send us an email and explain the situation to us. If you phone or email with fitting concern, you will be dealing directly with the seamstress who specializes in fitting issues.

We are glad to group gifts into particular gift packages if you prefer that over having items separately wrapped. Just let us know what you want and we will do our best to please!

It’s a little harder for you to see that over the internet, but if you email or call us for information, you’ll see what makes us different.

 

Exchanges

Should you need to exchange an item you will need to get a Return Authorization Number from us in advance of shipping. Nothing will be accepted without one on the box. Items from stock (not custom made for you) can be exchanged only IF they are brand new and in perfect and saleable condition and are returned to us within 10 days of your receiving them, including all tags in place. These conditions also insure YOU that nothing we send you will be “used looking” or in any way distressed.

We do not cover ANY shipping charges unless we have incorrectly filled your order and need to make a corrected order. In the case of a refund, we only refund the cost of the items, not shipping or insurance unless the item was defective in workmanship or if we sent the wrong item.

If you are buying Custom Made Merchandise then your credit card was charged at the time we began work on your order. That means that once you place an order we use the measurements you provide us to make the garment or garments. While we may be able to make adjustments at additional cost to you, we cannot be responsible for faulty measurements or changes of mind, as custom items are MADE JUST FOR YOU.

Change Orders

Should your size or preferences change regarding an garments that you have ordered we are glad to make adjustments to that garment if it is possible, depending on how far along we are or the nature of the request. Some changes may be made without additional charges to you, but should it be necessary, we will provide you with a Change Order Quote detailing this and the cost. Upon your approval, we will charge your credit card with the amount on the Change Order and proceed with the work. At the time your order is ready to ship we will charge your credit card for the Shipping and Insurance.

Security Measures
The Bridge Over Time & Wyoming Classics Online Store employs the industry-recognized information technology to protect the security of the information you submit to us. The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. Our secure servers protect the information using advanced encryption and firewall technology.

In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by established third party banking, process agents and distribution institutions. They receive the information they need to verify and authorize your credit card transactions and to ship your order. When collecting credit card information for online purchases, we offer secured-server transactions that encrypt your information in transit to thwart someone from intercepting it and misusing it. When you access your account information, the information is kept on a secure server. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access by physical security means. We are PCI Compliant.

Note: Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud. If it is determined that an attempted order is fraudulent, we will report all information to the FBI, at http://www.ifccfbi.gov
